Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is seeking Sales Associates at the Outlets at San Clemente location!
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
· The sales associate is responsible for assisting with sales and building lasting customer relationships.
· The sales associate will be responsible for maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
· The sales associate must have the ability to successfully operate the store's register systems.
- The sales associate must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced customer service oriented environment.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals
· Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise in the store
· Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships
· Assist with maintaining back of house organization
· Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store via cleaning
· Have computer skills to operate the POS register
· Follow all store policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Retail experience preferred but not required
- Must be personable, energetic, motivated and willing to work as a team player
