CNC Machine Operator – Growing Aerospace and Defense Shop
Tinker Manufacturing is a growing CNC machine shop supporting aerospace and defense customers across the U.S. We are looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as workload continues to increase.
This position is a good fit for someone looking to get into a solid shop environment, build experience, and grow into a larger role over time.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Deburr and finish parts to spec
- Assist with setups and job changeovers
- Follow work instructions and quality procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Some CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates with the right attitude will be considered)
- Ability to read basic prints is a plus
- Comfortable using measuring tools or willing to learn
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take direction
- Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
Pay and Schedule:
- $18–$24/hour based on experience
- Part-time or Full Time (flexible hours)
