Are you passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Galley Hatch Restaurant in Hampton, NH, is looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced cook or eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing menu items with precision and consistency.
• Following recipes and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stocking and organizing your station for seamless service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods (reasonable accommodations available).

We’re seeking team members who are:

• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• At least 16 years old and available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (duties and schedules based on age and applicable work restrictions).
• Experienced in kitchen settings (preferred), but we’re happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
