Inventory Control and Stockroom Coordinator

When production gears up each morning, you make sure every material is exactly where it needs to be. You receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips, record the details in IFS or another inventory system, and place items into clearly labeled locations in the stockroom or warehouse. Throughout the day, you issue parts and supplies to team members and departments, so production never misses a beat.

What you will do

• Verify and document incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store items in designated bins, racks, and locations for easy retrieval.
• Issue materials and supplies to internal requesters, supporting daily production and departmental needs.
• Enter receiving, issuing, and inventory movements into IFS or comparable inventory management software.
• Maintain precise records of finished goods and non-inventory items, ensuring traceability.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with weekly, monthly, and annual physical inventory activities.
• Research and resolve quantity or location discrepancies.
• Track stock levels and alert Purchasing when it is time to reorder.
• Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate pickups or deliveries when needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures and support the production of high-quality products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

How you will collaborate

You will partner closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to maintain accurate inventory records and a smooth flow of materials.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on warehouse and material handling background.
• Comfort with inventory software (IFS or similar) and a detail-first mindset.
• Commitment to safety and quality in every task.
