Tin Cup Construction LLC is a young, quickly growing company serving the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. We are looking for a Working Foreman who wants to be part of building something long-term and helping shape the future of the company as we grow.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing demolition projects, keeping jobs on schedule, maintaining safety standards, and making sure crews have the tools and direction they need to complete the work efficiently.
This role requires someone who is comfortable leading from the front, working alongside the crew, and representing the company professionally with clients on-site.
Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Treasure Valley, Idaho (no remote work)

Responsibilities
- Lead demolition crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Maintain strict adherence to job site safety standards
- Ensure crews have the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job
- Communicate professionally with clients and property owners on-site
- Work alongside the crew performing demolition work when required
- Safely operate heavy equipment when needed (excavators, skid steers, etc.)
- Drive company trucks and trailers as required
- Protect and maintain company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
Requirements
- Prior construction or demolition experience required
- Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with demolition tools and equipment
- Ability to lead crews and run job sites effectively
- High attention to detail and strong personal standards
- Must be located in the Treasure Valley
- Must be willing to travel occasionally within Idaho for projects
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CDL preferred
