Job Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of domestic trade shows, from research to post-event reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Partner with design, operations, and creative teams to bring booth concepts to life and organize product/sample needs.
- Manage exhibition inventory and proactively source supplies to stay show-ready.
- Oversee logistics such as accommodations, shipping, material handling, and on-site setup/tear-down — comfortable rolling up your sleeves or coordinating contractors as needed to ensure a flawless booth build.
- Serve as the primary contact with trade show organizers, ensuring compliance with rules and deadlines.
- Drive pre-show marketing campaigns through web, email, and social media to boost attendance and engagement.
- Collect feedback, track results, and prepare post-show reports to measure success and identify improvements.
- Travel and represent the TiMOTION at industry trade shows.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional judgment and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media/marketing tools (graphic design experience is a plus).
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.
Education/Experience
- Relevant experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- 2 years of marketing and/or event coordination experience preferred.
- Previous trade shows or logistics experience is an advantage.
