Responsibilities:
- Process and code invoices.
- Prepare wire payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and respond to inquiries.
- Support month-end close with AP accruals and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with audits.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years Accounts Payable experience, construction job costing required
- Proficient with ERP/AP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
