With our growing client list, we are looking for an outgoing Customer Service Operator to help guide our clients and provide the highest quality service. Position Details:
- Starting Salary - $50,000.00
- 9:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Monday - Friday

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answers and fields all incoming calls with proper greeting in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Takes detailed messages and notes them in the call log.
- Provides information and support to clients as needed.
- Assisting the Administrative team on tasks and projects.
Position Requirements:
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must have strong technical abilities.
- Must demonstrate professionalism when working with clients.
- Must enjoy engaging in verbal communication with clients.
- Must be proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office.
