Role Overview
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our clients while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Reporting directly to the Customer Care Supervisor, you will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster positive client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication both verbal and written.
- Analyze issues and provide timely solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Engage in inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and follow-up requests.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to department goals.
What We’re Looking For
