Times10 is seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our team in Burbank, CA and help create engaging golf content
.
This role is focused on editing short-form and long-form golf content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms. We're looking for someone who understands modern content, can tell a compelling story through editing, and knows how to create videos that hold attention and drive engagement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, understands social media trends, works efficiently under deadlines, and is comfortable collaborating directly with creators and internal team members.
- Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Edit long-form YouTube content, challenge videos, course vlogs, instructional content, and branded integrations
- Create engaging hooks, pacing, captions, graphics, transitions, and sound design
- Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches
- Organize and manage media assets and project files
- Deliver content on tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Repurpose content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions
- Stay current on social media trends, editing techniques, and golf content creators
- 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Adobe After Effects preferred
- Strong understanding of social media content and audience retention
- Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and passion for golf strongly preferred
- Experience editing creator-led or sports content is a plus
- Producing content that consistently drives engagement and audience growth
- Delivering edits quickly without sacrificing quality
- Bringing creative ideas that improve content performance
- Understanding the voice and style of Ben Ricciardi's golf brand
As part of the hiring process, selected applicants will be asked to complete a paid trial edit using provided footage. This trial allows both the candidate and Times10 to evaluate fit, editing style, communication, and workflow before making a final hiring decision.
