We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, and flexible Creative Assistant to support a busy CEO/influencer across content creation, social media management, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hybrid role that blends videography, Instagram wizardry, and executive assistance. You'll be on the frontlines helping ideate, capture, and edit short form video for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, while also helping keep the CEO’s schedule, inbox, and small tasks in check.
Responsibilities:
- Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok
- Assist with on-the-go content capture, BTS, and live event coverage
- Maintain social media publishing schedule and help monitor engagement
- Support daily needs of the CEO, including scheduling, emails, errands, and travel
- Collaborate on creative ideas for brand storytelling and influencer campaigns
- Help manage project timelines and keep everything running smoothly
Ideal Candidate:
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable wearing many hats
- Strong video shooting/editing skills (iPhone or DSLR) and a good eye for social trends
- Solid knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to maintain professionalism while working closely with a high-energy personality
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
