Location: Remote (Full-Time)

• Produce dozens of Snapchat shows reaching millions of viewers
• Run performance marketing campaigns for a fast-growing dating app
• Build and scale AI-powered digital creators and influencers
• Create high-converting ads, short-form content, and branded media

Our focus is simple: build content that looks real, performs better than real, and scales infinitely.

We are looking for a highly technical AI Content Engineer who specializes in creating hyper-realistic AI-generated humans in both photo and video formats—to the point where the content is indistinguishable from real life.

Your primary responsibility will be to digitize real creators into AI personas and generate scalable photo and video content across platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook—without requiring the creator to be physically present.

This is a deeply technical role focused on realism, consistency, and scale.

• Build photorealistic AI versions of real creators (face, body, likeness)
• Generate both:
• Hyper-realistic photos (indistinguishable from real photography)
• Hyper-realistic videos (natural motion, lighting, and expressions)
• Maintain identity consistency across photos AND videos
• Create AI-generated content libraries for ongoing posting and ads
• Develop workflows for scalable production (batching, pipelines, automation)
• Improve realism across:
• Skin texture, lighting, depth, imperfections
• Motion, lip-sync, temporal consistency
• Collaborate with our team to turn ideas into high-performing content and ads

• Deep experience with Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI / similar frameworks
• Proven ability to create:
• Photorealistic AI images (not stylized or “AI-looking”)
• Photorealistic AI video content
• Strong understanding of:
• Face consistency across outputs
• Prompt engineering & advanced workflows
• LoRAs / embeddings / fine-tuning models
• Experience replicating real individuals into AI likenesses
• Understanding of both:
• Image realism (lighting, camera feel, texture)
• Video realism (motion, continuity, natural behavior)

• Experience with:
• Runway, Pika, Sora (or similar video tools)
• After Effects / Premiere Pro (compositing, polishing)
• Background in VFX, CGI, or filmmaking
• Experience building or scaling AI influencers / digital personas
• Automation or scripting experience

• Your photos look like real photography (not AI-generated)
• Your videos hold up frame-by-frame
• You can maintain the same person across dozens of outputs
• You can move fast and push current AI tools beyond typical use
• You understand what performs on social platforms
