Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for delivery status updates
- Team Player who builds relationships with internal and external customers
- Primary customer contact for order management and expediting
- Work with other functions to manage the customer orders, expedite orders, and recover late orders
- Manage expectations between customers and TMS on lead times, expedites requests, and product availability
- Work with appropriate resources to improve processes
- Manage customer portals
- Manage customer scorecards
- Report to upper management on account on time delivery status, quality score, and customer disposition
- Positive can-do attitude

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with customers and coworkers

- Familiar with ERP systems – preferably Oracle
