Summary
The Document Control Intern will assist the Engineering Systems Document Control Team with the creation of a Periodic Review Cyle in the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) System. In this role, the Document Control Intern will work with the Engineering Systems Team and the Engineering Design Team to determine document types that require Periodic Review, set up the workflow and report, and test the workflow in the Development Environment. Minor projects will include performing Document Control Role review of an Engineering Change Order (ECO) for a Document Control Level 1 workflow in the PLM system and tagging documents with their governing standards in the PLM system.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Attend cross functional team meetings to collaborate creation of Periodic Review Cycle
- Learn how to identify issues and discrepancies of documents and coordinate corrections to ensure documents comply with company standards and applicable procedures.
- Gain knowledge of standards and policies that govern the documents created by Engineering Design Team to properly tag referenced documents.
- Maintain confidentiality information.
- Manufacturing, Engineering or Life Science student or recent graduate, (rising Junior)
- Extremely well-organized with superior attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a high pace environment and meet deadlines.
