We sell digital and community news advertising alongside the trusted reputation of some of the most recognized local publications across Texas.
In addition to our respected print publications, advertisers value that we offer a comprehensive suite of digital advertising solutions including programmatic, retargeting, email marketing, web ads and more. Businesses partner with us because we help them grow in the communities they serve.
We are expanding and our sales team plays an important role in that growth.
As an Advertising Sales Associate, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle within your territory.
This is an active sales role. You will be responsible for prospecting new business, reconnecting with past advertisers, leading meetings with decision makers and closing business. Success in this position comes from consistent outreach, thoughtful follow up and the ability to confidently ask for the business.
You will build your own pipeline, develop relationships with local businesses and present strategic advertising solutions across both print and digital platforms. Our CRM and digital sales tools are designed to support your efforts and help you stay organized and effective.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, asking the right questions and moving opportunities forward in a professional way.
This is an on site role.

- Base Commission with a guarantee of $40,000 annual compensation
