The Procurement Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing our projects to life, ensuring the smooth coordination of materials from vendor to job site. This position bridges design vision and construction execution—overseeing purchasing, cultivating strong vendor relationships, and managing logistics with intention and precision.
Working closely with our Design and Production teams, you will help maintain project momentum, minimize disruptions, and uphold the level of quality and detail that defines our work.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement and purchasing with accuracy and intention
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, and timelines
- Manage orders from placement through delivery with close attention to detail
- Partner with Design and Production to maintain project flow
- Proactively communicate risks, delays, and solutions
- Support project closeout through organized documentation and warranties
- Maintain accurate systems and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in procurement, logistics, or construction coordination
- Residential design-build experience preferred
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Software: Project management platforms, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Excel
Success Metrics
- On-time procurement aligned with project schedules
- High delivery accuracy (minimal errors, damages, or missing items)
- Proactive management of long-lead items
- Accurate and timely purchase orders
- Effective issue resolution (delays, substitutions)
