This Entry Level Assistant Manager role combines genuine customer connection with collaborative team coordination and operational leadership support.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you’ll connect customers with AT&T Fiber’s high-speed Internet, helping them experience the difference of symmetrical speeds and reliable Wi-Fi. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will then assist with team operations while conducting in-person consultations, matching customers with Fiber plans that fit their work, study, and entertainment needs.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Guide sales team members on how to introduce AT&T Fiber’s reliability and speeds through simple conversations with customers.
- Support daily field operations by helping organize outreach routes, event setups, and sales engagement strategies.
- Strengthen sales outcomes by reviewing team performance and offering guidance on improving customer conversations.
- Maintain quality control by reviewing enrollment accuracy, customer notes, and follow‑up timelines.
- Strengthen team communication by demonstrating how to connect AT&T Fiber to everyday digital routines.
- Reinforce accountability and sales momentum through consistent sales coaching and performance tracking.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales, team coordination, or management is a plus.
