Client Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to enroll them in AT&T services.
- Provide clear, friendly guidance through the enrollment process.
- Present and explain product benefits to drive client sign-ups.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments.
- Work with Client Enrollment Associate teammates to maximize sales opportunities.
- Represent the company and AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Stay informed on AT&T product updates and promotions.
