What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Timeless Estate Planning?
This is not just a “front desk” or “task” position. The Office Manager is the operational backbone of the physical office. You will take ownership of the day-to-day administrative needs of the firm and ensure that everything runs efficiently, professionally, and proactively. Your work will directly free up our legal assistant and client support team to provide a higher level of service to clients. If you are highly organized, proactive, and take pride in creating order and harmony, this role will fit you well.

By keeping our internal operations strong, you enable our legal team to protect families during life, incapacity, and beyond. We are a relationship-driven estate planning law firm serving families who want more than basic documents. Many estate plans are built like static legal files. Ours are different. We design life-centered plans that function during life, incapacity, crisis, and transition — especially for families with ongoing care needs. We help clients future-proof their decisions, avoid court involvement, and maintain long-term relationships with our firm.
Our team includes two attorneys and a dynamic support staff who are deeply committed to delivering thoughtful, proactive service. We are growing — and we’re looking for a strong Office Manager who can help keep our internal operations running smoothly so our legal team can focus on serving families.
