CRM Co-ordinator
Location: New York - Hybrid 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Reporting to: Campaign Manager
Role Overview
This role will be directly responsible for delivery of global email campaigns that support our commercial and editorial revenue streams. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player who is comfortable interpreting email performance, juggling tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM calendar ensuring timely delivery of commercial and editorial email initiatives
- Be responsible for accurate deployment of US and UK email marketing campaigns, including drafting, proofing, render testing and managing edits
- Work closely with the Content team to consistently optimize content selection and the campaign process to ensure you have the most compelling content for our editorial newsletters
- Support the analysis and reporting of email performance and lead improvements based on these findings including A/B testing
- Build and manage end-to-end lead acquisition initiatives such as competitions, surveys and web forms
- Work with internal commercial and editorial stakeholders to ensure planned content activity is accurately executed and measured
- Report on campaign performance and results, make recommendations to optimize customer engagement
- Manage audience segmentation based on attributes and behavior, including custom audiences tailored for each commercial send
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience or degree in a relevant field
- 1 years experience building emails in CRM Marketing platforms using WYSIWYG email builders, basic HTML and CSS a plus
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytically minded, with an ability to use data to verify content hypotheses and communicate data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and identify and problem-solve when novel issues arise
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable asking questions and sharing feedback with stakeholders at all levels
