The Door person at 50 West Condominium plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall satisfaction of residents and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing access to the building. The Doorperson is responsible for monitoring the entrance, assisting residents with their needs, and always maintaining a high level of professionalism. By effectively communicating with residents and coordinating with other staff members, the Doorperson contributes to a harmonious living environment. Ultimately, this role is essential in upholding the reputation of 50 West Condominium as a premier residential community.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a Luxury Building, Hotel, customer service or hospitality role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a residential building or property management environment.
Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
Strong Written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor as they enter and exit the building.
Monitor the entrance and ensure that only authorized individuals gain access to the premises.
Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and any inquiries they may have.
Coordinate with security personnel and maintenance staff to address any issues that arise.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, ensuring it is always presentable.

Temporary Doorperson Position
Salary Range: 23.02 to 28.77 (USD) hourly
Schedule:
Overnight shift 11 PM-7 AM Thursday-Monday, days off Tuesday and Wednesday
