What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door Person position at Major Food Brand?
Major Food Group is hiring a friendly, dynamic Doorperson to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets guests outside the restaurant.
- Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
- Facilitate the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
- Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
- Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
- Perform some security responsibilities as necessary.
- Performs other duties as directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years as a Doorperson, or similar role.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Strong people skills a must.
