Duties
- Enter, update, and maintain data within databases, ERP systems, and other software platforms
- Verify accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing information
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and McLeod
- Perform order entry and data collection tasks with precision
- Transcribe information from various formats into digital records
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents for easy retrieval
- Support clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and basic record keeping
- Assist with data cleanup projects to improve database quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail is essential
- Knowledge of basic math for data verification purposes
- Experience with transcription, order entry, and data collection processes preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Office experience that demonstrates familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
