Key Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with customers like a pro
- Understand customer needs and match them with the perfect vehicle
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in deals
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success
- Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- Have previous sales experience (bonus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
