Timbrook Automotive is seeking a Lot Manager to help maintain inventory accuracy, support dealership operations, and ensure our vehicles and facilities are presented to the highest standards.
This position plays a critical role in inventory organization, vehicle movement, dealership support functions, and maintaining a professional appearance across our dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport vehicles between dealership locations, overflow lots, auction sites, and vendor locations as needed.
- Organize inventory in designated parking areas according to dealership standards.
- Ensure vehicles are properly aligned, grouped, and displayed for inventory management and customer presentation.
- Conduct inventory audits and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Process new vehicle key tags and maintain key box organization.
- Assist with new unit chip processing.
- Support recall processing activities.
- Assist with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) vehicle check-in procedures.
- Assist with used vehicle merchandising and inventory presentation.
- Support vehicle reconditioning activities to prepare inventory for sale.
- Monitor vehicle appearance and readiness for display and customer viewing.
- Provide support to Fixed Operations departments through parts pickup and delivery activities.
- Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery for service and sales departments.
- Support dealer trade activities, including vehicle transfers and documentation coordination.
- Provide customer transportation assistance, including customer pickup and drop-off services as needed.
- Assist with dealership maintenance and facility appearance.
- Perform janitorial duties as needed.
- Assist with snow removal and weather-related facility maintenance.
- Support in-house projects and dealership improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional dealership grounds.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory movement and processing.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and operating standards.
- Report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Ability to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining dealership standards.
- Previous dealership, inventory, lot attendant, porter, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
