Are you organized, dependable, and ready to lead from the front? We are seeking a motivated Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations, organization, and appearance of our dealership lot. This is a hands-on leadership role that plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring vehicles are front-line ready for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of all new and used vehicles
- Organize and stage vehicles according to dealership standards
- Conduct regular lot audits and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate incoming deliveries, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers
- Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
- Confirm vehicles are properly labeled, priced, fueled, and front-line ready
- Monitor signage, window stickers, and overall display presentation
- Stage vehicles for test drives, appointments, and deliveries
- Ensure sold vehicles are prepared and ready for customer pickup
- Maintain safe lot conditions, including debris and snow removal
- Supervise and schedule lot attendants/porters
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Enforce dealership safety and operational standards
- Maintain key control procedures
- Ensure all vehicles are secured
- Report damage or safety concerns promptly
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous dealership or inventory management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
