Key Responsibilities
- Perform quick, accurate maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements
- Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate recommendations clearly to service advisors
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our dealership with pride
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous automotive service experience (dealer or independent shop experience a plus)
- ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and deliver results efficiently
- Passion for cars and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
