Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing and processing vehicle financing and leasing paperwork
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Verify customer information and maintain compliance with lending and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards
- Coordinate with banks, lenders, and insurance providers to streamline approvals
- Track funding status and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with scheduling customer deliveries and managing deal flow
- Provide excellent customer service during the finance and delivery process
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or automotive sales is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products such as vehicle loans, leases, and extended warranties is advantageous
- Familiarity with credit application processes and credit scoring systems
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and finance software applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory standards
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required to accommodate customer needs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
