Requirements
What We Need From You:
- Professional and outgoing manner
- 2 years of culinary experience
- Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
- Handle high-volume productions related to but not limited to, frying, carving, and steaming of all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry.
- Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill and be able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
- Assure all health department regulations are met
- Must have a valid health card
