Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and coordination of daily workflow
- Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation standards
- Work closely with leadership to support service excellence, retail performance, and operational goals
- Help train new team members on spa procedures, guest service expectations, and property standards
- Maintain accurate records related to appointments, inventory, and daily reporting as needed
- Promote a calm, positive, and professional environment for both guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Previous experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service environments
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
- Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling scheduling, service recovery, or daily operational support is a plus
- Comfort working with reservation systems, point-of-sale tools, or similar software
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
