Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with luggage handling, escorting guests, and coordinating valet-related services as needed.
- Support guest transportation and parking services while following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Provide directions, property information, and general assistance to guests and visitors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable entrance and lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to support smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve basic concerns with professionalism and care.
- Follow all company standards, service expectations, and safety practices.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, valet, bell services, or a related customer service role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage or other items as required by the role
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures
- Valid driver’s license
