Position Overview
We are hiring for Landscape and Mowing Crew Laborers and Foremen. Whether you’re experienced and ready to lead a crew or newer to the industry and willing to learn, we have opportunities for you to grow with our team.
What You’ll Do
- Mow and maintain residential and commercial properties
- Perform aeration, overseeding, leaf cleanup, weeding, and general property upkeep
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment safely
- Drive trucks and trailers; operate aerators and turf equipment
- Assist with landscape installation as needed
- Use mobile apps for job tracking and basic daily tasks
- Help with seasonal snow removal
For Experienced Candidates (Foreman Role)
- Lead and manage a mowing crew
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on job sites
- Communicate with customers and address concerns professionally
- Train and support crew members
For Entry-Level Candidates (Laborer Role)
- No extensive experience required—willingness to learn is key
- Work alongside experienced team members
- Build skills in equipment operation and property maintenance
- Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Landscaping or mowing experience preferred, but not required
