Landscape Supervisor/ Foreman
About Us:
We are a growing landscaping company focused on quality work, reliability, and strong team culture. We handle residential and commercial projects including installation, maintenance, and hardscaping.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers
- Manage daily job site operations and workflow
- Read and execute landscape designs and plans
- Operate equipment (skid loaders, mowers, etc.)
- Ensure quality control and safety standards
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate with clients and management
Requirements:
- 2 years of landscaping experience (foreman or leadership preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Experience with landscaping equipment and tools
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
