Timberline Veterinary Hospital in Grapevine, Texas, is looking for a veterinary CSR with minor technician assistant capabilities and good customer service skills to join our neighborhood small animal practice.
Looking for quality of life? We are closed weekends and major holidays, and do not see patients after hours. We offer a potentially flexible schedule depending on availability and needs of all team members. We are looking for team players with good communication skills who enjoy getting to know our wonderful clients and their fur babies!
Skills needed:
- Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
- Answer phones, schedule appointments using office software , and discuss routine veterinary health services and costs
- Check clients in and out and process payments
- Maintain accurate records including prescription drug information
- Monitor clinic emails and computerized appointment requests
- Monitor and learn how to use online pharmacy software
- Support team members as needed, including loading rooms and taking histories
- Safely handle animals for minor procedures such as nail trims
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
