Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances and exits to control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Perform routine patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement or military is highly desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided
- Familiarity with conflict management strategies and emergency response procedures
- Candidates with military or security backgrounds are encouraged to apply
