We’re not making rubber duckies or filling landfills full of plastic.
We are a GREEN company and the work we do makes a positive difference.
You’ll be running your tools over a thousand pound stick of Eastern White Pine that’s gonna spend the next few hundred years in an earth-friendly house overlooking Yellowstone National Park.

Your Typical Responsibilities Include
- Sand and stain huge wood timbers to prep them for life in our homes
- Operate handheld planers, sanders, and brushes
- Arrange timbers for storage and shipment with a small forklift
- Come home smelling like pine, Douglas fir, and cedar
Qualifications
- Strength, mobility, and coordination to operate handheld sanders and planers and to work on your feet all day
- Organized work habits
- Ability to learn how to operate a small forklift
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Dependable year-round, 40 hr work weeks
