Job Description:
We are currently hiring Concrete Finishers to support various construction projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and able to work in a team environment. This position involves physically demanding work and requires attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist with forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
Set up and remove forms, place reinforcement materials
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
Perform site cleanup and preparation tasks
Follow safety protocols and directions from supervisors
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. If the sun's out let the those guns out!!!
Qualifications:
Prior experience in concrete and all aspects of finishing.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation and punctuality is required
Willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Which means NO snowflakes, addicts, or egos!!
