What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Timber Point Healthcare Center?
We are looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee all operations at our facility. Ideal candidate must have at least one year experience, must be dependable, have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, general handy man knowledge and skills of basic repairs, such as drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing and general mechanical knowledge. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and physical. This is a full time position M-F with benefits available. This position is located at our sister facility, The Village at Farmington assisted living.
