The Vibe & Role
- The Atmosphere: Fast-paced, family-friendly, and highly community-focused.
- Primary Objective: Leading floor operations, mentoring the crew, and getting to know the regulars.
- Schedule: Expect around 40 hours per week, with a heavy requirement for nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Leadership: Overseeing daily restaurant flow, ensuring food quality and pace of service, managing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming, organized atmosphere for guests.
- Staff Mentorship: Helping team members grow while ensuring the execution of Timber's specific dough, pizza, and service standards
- Customer Connection: Resolving service breakdowns, making recommendations, and building rapport with the guest.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Prior restaurant management or experience is a must.
- Stamina: Ability to thrive in a small workspace and multi-task under pressure.
- Community Focus: A willingness to engage with both the immediate neighborhood and community events.

We are open 4pm-10pm Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-10pm Friday-Sunday.

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and Front of the House team
