Duties

- Handle debits and credits accurately to maintain balanced accounts.
- Assist with budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data.
- Utilize financial software, specifically Quickbooks, for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards as applicable.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software, particularly Quickbooks.
- Experience with account analysis, budgeting, and governmental accounting is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
