About the Role
Toland Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! This position will primarily focus on front office responsibilities while also serving as a floater to assist Dr. Toland as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, staying organized, and supporting the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, positive experience.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Float between front office duties and clinical support, assisting Dr. Toland as needed.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-focused practice.
Qualifications
- Previous dental experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
