- Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, utilizing a professional and compassionate tone to assist patients with questions and inquiries.

- Accountability: Take responsibility for the accuracy of patient records, insurance entries, and payment collections.
- Experience: 1 years in a dental setting; 3 years in a professional business office. Prior dental office experience as an assistant is highly preferred!

- Credentials: High School Diploma or GED; Dentrix knowledge is a major plus.
