Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily cash and cash balances
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Provide customer service support, including assisting customers at the front desk and answering incoming phone calls
- Scan, organize, and file documents for recordkeeping and compliance
- Assist with general administrative and accounting support tasks as needed
- Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving accounting or inventory issues
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support role
- Regular use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Strong 10-key data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
