What does a Service Advisor do?
Service Advisors are the customer service NINJAS of Tim’s. We fully expect our Advisors to have a passion for customer service and the ability to be a clear line of communication between Technicians and Clients. Advisors take Digital inspections and notes from technicians and make detailed estimates of every finding. Advisors clearly communicate with clients and help them build a plan for maintaining and repairing their vehicle. We are all a team at Tim’s. Our Technicians help give our clients excellent customer service and our Advisors are always there to help Technicians with vehicles. We all help keep our beautiful facility clean!
How much will I make?
Service Advisors like all people on our team will make a competitive wage based on their level of skill and experience. We do not believe in commission only pay. Our pay plan is structured to give regular reliable income to our team while giving a production bonus. We offer a monthly bonus to the whole team for hitting goals.
