We are all a team at Tim’s. Our Technicians help give our clients excellent customer service and our Advisors are always there to help Technicians with vehicles. We all help keep our beautiful facility clean!
How much will I make?
Automotive Technicians like all people on our team will make a competitive wage based on their level of skill and experience. We do not believe in flat rate pay. Our pay plan is structured to give regular reliable income to our team while giving a production bonus. We offer a monthly bonus to the whole team for hitting goals.
