J&H Family Stores is looking for a Manager in training for our Tim Horton's location in Cadillac, MI

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN AT ONE OF OUR WEST MICHIGAN LOCATIONS

Looking for successful store managers that are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives, sales, and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. The Manager performs all the duties of a Barista as well as completing management duties.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining exemplary customer service within the store and establishing special business relationships with our customers so they will choose to do business with us rather than our competitors
• Implements strategies to help meet store goals and objectives
• Store Manager will recruit, develop, and motivate store employees who exceed internal and external customer expectations
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Establishing a strong customer service/selling culture to maximize sales and drive-thru times
• Will work as a Customer Service Representative and lead by example to their employees
• The Store Manager will place orders, complete bank deposits, daily paperwork, complete weekly inventory, and work on the floor with their team daily 7 of their 9 hours scheduled daily.
• Resolving customer complaints for increased customer satisfaction
• The Store Manager will control labor hours, cash, REV and DM audits, and waste.
• Will maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and employees
• Other duties as assigned
• Complete monthly financial meeting with district manager
• Marketing within your community to increase market share and store revenues

Pre-requisites:

• A minimum of two years management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team

Pay: $850.00-$900.00 weekly
