What You’ll Do
As an Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you are the "heart of the house" during our busy midday and evening rushes. You will:
- Inspire the Team: Lead by example, fostering a positive and respectful work environment where everyone feels valued.
- Guest First: Be the face of exceptional service, resolving guest concerns with a smile and a sense of urgency.
- Coach & Develop: Help train new team members and provide the feedback they need to grow.
Operations Management
You will oversee the "engine" of the restaurant to ensure every shift runs smoothly:
- Standards & Compliance: Comply with and enforce all Tim Hortons operating standards and applicable legislation.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure all products and packaging are properly merchandised and stocked throughout your shift.
- Financial Accountability: Take responsibility for shift cash procedures and accuracy.
- Efficiency: Maintain operational flow using positioning charts and supervise team members to ensure all primary and secondary duties are completed.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure all restaurant policies are followed, including cash, meal/break, and food safety policies.
- Communication: Stay up-to-date with new information on the Portal or from Townhall meetings and complete all required shift documentation (waste records, manager walk-throughs, etc.).
Health, Safety, & Physical Requirements
- Safety Leadership: Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and report any unsafe conditions or injuries immediately.
- Active Leadership: Be comfortable standing for long periods, reaching, and occasionally lifting supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
- Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures, from walk-in freezers to hot ovens.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous Fast Food/Quick Service experience with Drive-Thru is required.
- Leadership: A proven track record of managing a team to success.
- Reliability: A valid Driver’s License is a deal-breaker for this role.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
