Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, inquiries, and special requests to enhance their dining experience
• Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Manage food handling responsibilities including sanitation, proper storage, and adhering to health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen stations through bussing and sanitation practices
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, perform basic math calculations for change, and record sales diligently

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between food prep, sales, and customer interactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in retail or grocery store environments involving serving or cashiering roles is a plus
