Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items.
- Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
