Coasta Modern Mediterranean is hiring friendly, hardworking Counter Service Associates to join our fast-casual front of house team.
This role is focused on guest service, taking customer orders, maintaining a clean dining environment, and helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take orders at the front counter
- Answer menu questions and provide excellent customer service
- Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
- Run food and assist guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and front counter area
- Bus and wipe tables throughout service
- Keep bathrooms clean, stocked, and presentable
- Sweep and mop front of house areas at the end of shifts
- Restock front of house supplies and beverages
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Compensation
- Hourly pay plus shared front of house tip pool
- Tips are split among front of house team members
